DDSFAX is a cloud-based fax service that lets dental practices send and receive unlimited HIPAA-compliant faxes for $99 per year. No fax machine. No phone line. No per-page fees. No contracts.

Your team sends and receives faxes from a web dashboard — referrals, insurance claims, patient records, lab orders — all encrypted, all logged, all compliant. We handle number provisioning, porting from your old provider (free), and even reimburse up to $100 in cancellation fees from your previous service.

Our Infrastructure

DDSFAX is powered by Telnyx, a carrier-grade telecommunications platform with private IP network infrastructure. Fax transmissions use the T.38 protocol with encrypted SIP signaling, and all stored data is encrypted with AES-256.
